The Commander of the Seychelles Air Force, Lieutenant Colonel Rodney Zarine, has been inducted into the International Honor Roll at the United States Air Force Air University in Montgomery, Alabama.
The International Honor Roll is a prestigious distinction that recognizes former Air University students who have risen to the rank equivalent of Air Chief or have held higher appointments within their respective national services.
Lt Col Zarine attended two courses at Maxwell Air Force Base, Air University: the Squadron Officer School in 2016 and the Air Command and Staff College from 2022 to 2023.
During the induction ceremony, Lt Col Zarine had the privilege of engaging with 91 international students representing 67 countries.
A total of 15 Air Chiefs and 2 Chief Master Sergeants were inducted during the ceremony, which was held on 9–10 April 2026
