The Seychelles Defence Forces (SDF) recently conducted its routine parachuting training program from 10 to 16 April across multiple locations, including Mahé, Praslin, La Digue and Bird Island.
The training was led by experienced international instructors Herman Landsman from the Netherlands with 17,000 jumps and Dario Lotti from Switzerland with 10,000 jumps.

Participants from the SDF Special Forces included the Chief of Staff (COS) Col. M Hollanda, Maj. M Souris, 2Lt R Joubert, Cpl Hollanda G, Cpl Vidot K and L/Cpl Croisee D .
This multi-island training initiative highlights the SDF’s continued efforts to build capacity, foster international collaboration and maintain a high level of preparedness in specialized military operations.
