The Seychelles Defence Forces proudly commend Captain Iven Moise, an officer in the Special Operations Unit, for his outstanding performance at the KFC Ultimate Marathon in Mauritius last Sunday.
Making his marathon debut, Captain Moise recorded an impressive time of 2:36:30, securing 1st place in his category and 3rd overall, a remarkable milestone in his already distinguished athletics career. A national record holder and multiple Indian Ocean Islands Games gold medallist, he continues to exemplify discipline, resilience, and excellence both in uniform and in sport.
His achievement reflects the values of the SDF and brings pride to the nation as he now sets his sights on the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
