Brigadier Michael Rosette, Chief of Defence Forces, commended Seychelles Defence Forces soldiers who participated in the Indian Ocean Island Games in Madagascar during a brief ceremony at the Defence Forces Head Quarters.

During the ceremony, the CDF noted that five of the Seychelles delegation’s 11 gold medals were won by SDF members, which is a significant success for the SDF and the Seychelles as a whole.

He went on to encourage the participants to excel in their discipline and other personnel to utilize sports as a platform to make our country proud. Defence Force Council members were also present to congratulate the participants.
