WARRANT OFFICER CLASS ONE LONGIN NICETTE RETIRES FROM SERVICE
Known for his booming voice during parade rehearsals, WOI Longin Nicette retired on 01st February 2023 after serving the force for 43 years.
A career infantry soldier, WOI Nicette joined the force in 1980 and spent a significant portion of his military career at the Seychelles Defence Academy as a drill instructor.
In June 2012, he was appointed as unit sergeant major at the Special Forces Unit, an appointment he held until his retirement.
